The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) reproductive life plan approach wants you to consider: are you going to want to get pregnant this year, and it’s the “One Key Question” that the CDC wants to ask you.
Specifically in your reproductive life plan is asking yourself: how many children do you want, and that will help you figure out what type of birth control you need and when to stop your contraception.
It also will help determine what if any special testing or treatment would you or your partner need to undergo if you are trying to conceive.
So among the updated medical history you need to tell your physician: have you had any change in the reproductive life plan.
